How quickly will my order be shipped?

The staff at our warehouses try to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible.   During normal times, majority of all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.   Delays are experienced during peak times such as Christmas or Black Friday and Cyber Monday. 

Christmas deadlines are typically around 3 weeks prior to Christmas. Please order early to avoid disappointment!   If you aren't sure if you will get it in time, we also offer digital gift cards that are delivered directly to your e-mail.  You can find gift cards here .  

Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to you.

Once fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping notification with your tracking number - keep an eye on your junk folder for confirmation and shipping notifications!  

It usually takes 24 hours for the shipper to update your tracking info. Please wait one full business day to get updates through your tracking link included in the shipping email.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do! When your order reaches $75 USD in the US and $100 CDN in Canada, you will automatically be given free shipping. If that ever does not happen for you when your order is above those amounts (before taxes), email us at and we will refund you the shipping charge!

At this time, we do not offer free shipping outside of the United States and Canada. That may come in the future!

I forgot to enter my discount code. Can it be added to my order?

Of course it can! Just send us an e-mail with your full name & order number. We will make the change to your order and refund you the difference.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

All orders are sent with tracking to allow you to see where your parcel is. Orders are also shipped with insurance that you can contact the carrier to get a reimbursement for the lost parcel.

I need to return an order, what do I do?

We at Strong and Humble want to make sure you are happy!   If it is within 6 weeks from the date of purchase, we will be happy to help you.  Whether the product is misprinted, damaged, defective, wrong size, or wrong color let us know and we will do our best to help you get the product you want!

Any purchases made in December will be returnable or exchangeable until January 31 to account for gifts.  

We want to make our returns as easy as possible for you.  Please go to our self-service return portal at 


You will need to enter in the email or phone number that you used with your order and the order number.  Please let us know why you are returning your purchase so we can keep making our products better!

How do I know what size I am?

We have done our best to make sure that there are sizing charts on every product and if something fits a little different than what you would expect we have said it on the product description.

Why did I only receive part of my shipment?

We have several different facilities that make our products. For example, T-Shirts are sent out from a different facility than the hats.   If one product is ready to be shipped out, we will send it to you.  When the other part of your shipment is ready, you will get another notice of delivery for that package.   If there are two or more packages to your shipment, there is no extra shipping cost to you.

What is an affiliate program?

When you sign up for our affiliate program, we will provide you with a link that you can use to share with your family, friends, and followers.  When they use your link to come to our store and buy something, you will be credited and get paid a commission for that sale.

How much commission will I receive?

Everyone starts out on our BRONZE program at 5%.  As you sell more, your commission percentage will get higher.   

What does Total Referral Sales mean?

This is the total sales that have been made on that came through your referral link or your discount code.  The sales do not include sales tax or shipping.

What discount code are you referring to?

You get a discount code that you can give to your family, friends, and followers to give them a discount.   Your code will get anyone that uses it a 5% discount.   This code cannot be used with any other discount codes, but there is no expiry.

Where do I find my discount code and affiliate link?

To find your code, click on the AFFILIATES link at the top of our page and log in to your affiliate account. 

On your dashboard you will see your AFFILIATE COUPON and your AFFILIATE LINK.    Copy these and share them with your family, friends, and followers. 

How do you track the sales that I bring to your store?

When someone uses your link or your discount code our system will automatically register those sales to your affiliate account.   You will be able to track the sales on your affiliate dashboard under the commission tab.  

What if someone returns a product from a sale that is from my link?

If someone returns a product or gets refunded for any reason, this will reduce the amount that you receive.  You will see when this happens on your affiliate dashboard on your commission tab.

How do I get paid?

You have a choice.  You can get paid through PayPal or you can receive store credit.   You need to set up which one you would like under the settings tab.  Select SETTINGS > PAYMENT and choose how you would like to receive your money.
