How quickly will my order be shipped?

Your order is made for you — not pulled from a shelf. Strong & Humble uses a print-on-demand model, which means every piece is produced for you when you order it. No overstock, no waste, no shortcuts — just quality gear made with intention.

Most orders are produced within 3–5 business days, and at checkout you'll see your expected delivery date directly from the carrier so there are no guessing games.

During busy seasons like Black Friday and Christmas, we recommend ordering 3 weeks before the holidays to be safe.

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Every order ships free across Canada and the US — no minimums, no codes, no surprises. Your expected delivery date comes directly from the carrier at checkout, so you'll know exactly when to expect your gear!

I forgot to enter my discount code. Can it be added to my order?

It happens — no stress.

Email us at info@strongandhumbleapparel.com with your name and order number within 48 hours of your purchase and we'll apply the discount and refund you the difference.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

Every order comes with tracking — you'll receive your tracking number by email once your order ships (check your junk folder, and allow 24 hours for it to update). Use your tracking number directly on the carrier's website for the most up-to-date information on your shipment.

If your tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, or your package appears stuck — contact the carrier first to open a trace. Carriers have the tools to investigate and locate shipments quickly.

If the carrier confirms your order is lost, reach out to us at info@strongandhumbleapparel.com with your order number and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund. We've got you covered!

I need to return an order, what do I do?

We stand behind every order.

If something isn't right — wrong size, wrong colour, or a defect — get in touch within 6 weeks of your purchase and we'll make it right. No runaround, no hassle.

Holiday orders placed in December can be returned or exchanged until January 31st to cover gifts.

How do I know what size I am?

Size matters — get it right the first time! Every product page has a sizing chart to help you find your perfect fit. Still not sure?

Why did I only receive part of my shipment?

Nothing is missing — it's just built differently.

We work with multiple production facilities, so items in your order may arrive in separate shipments. Each one gets its own tracking notification so you can follow every piece of your order, and even split shipments are always free!
