COVID-19 Updates

For the most part, we are back to normal from our end.   We are still feeling some impact due to our carriers ability to meet their shipping timelines and if one of our suppliers is impacted by a COVID outbreak.   We have been fortunate and that has been minimal for us since the start of the year.   We hope that everyone is staying safe and hopefully, we will all be back to the gyms and some sense of normalcy soon!

We are still shipping primarily from our Canadian warehouse.  Shipments are going out typically within 24 to 72 hours.   Unfortunately, our carriers are reporting that they are still experiencing delays.   We ask for your patience as the world continues to adapt and adjust.  We will update you if there are any new developments in this area.   

Updated August 3, 2020

Good news!  

We have opened a new warehouse in Canada and are now able to get your order in the mail typically within 48-72 hours.   We started shipping from there last week and we have been incredibly happy to start providing better customer service to our valued customers!

We have focused on our most popular items.  The following items will be fulfilled from the new warehouse:

  • T-shirts
  • Muscle Shirts
  • Tank tops

We are working hard to get the rest of our products into the Canadian warehouse as well as our existing warehouses.   That way we can get your order on the way to you as quickly as possible.   If a certain product is experiencing delays, we will try our best to note that in the product description so that you are aware at the time of ordering.   We will continue to work on reducing any delays and improving our customer service!

Unfortunately, our US locations are still extremely hard hit with COVID19.  We continue to focus on keeping staff safe at those locations.   By opening this new warehouse, some of the pressure is taken off them.

We are still experiencing significant delays at our US facilities.   The delays continue to be approximately 23-25 business days to process orders.    We are working on alternate measures to improve this, but our focus remains on trying to keep our people safe during these unprecedented times. 

Our European facilities are approaching normal delivery times.   For any of our European customers the delivery time has now improved to approximately 3-7 business days. 

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email. 

If you have placed an order and it has been longer than 3 weeks, please feel free to contact us at info@strongandhumbleapparel.com and we will give you an update on where your order is in the queue.

Our focus remains on trying to keep our people safe while still improving delivery times to our customers.   

We are taking the following steps to adapt to this situation:

  1. Employees are provided with PPE
  2. We are staggering shifts
  3. Maintaining a 6-foot distance between each station
  4. Setting up partitions at tables in our break rooms
  5. On-site wellness clinic with consultations available 24/7 for staff
  6. Sourcing out new suppliers and keeping larger stock amounts to satisfy orders

Even at sites where shelter-in-place orders have been lifted, we continue to focus on our employee health and well being.  We are cautiously ramping up capacity.  It will take some time until we are operating within our usual delivery timelines.    

Currently there is approximately a 23-25 business day delay on many of our items.   If you have placed an order and it has been longer than 3 weeks, please feel free to contact us at info@strongandhumbleapparel.com and we will give you an update on your order.

We are still fulfilling orders to the US, Canada, UK and the European Union. Although as of right now we are experiencing 15 to 20 day delays in getting orders fulfilled out of our warehouse. Rest assured that we are moving as quickly as we can to get your order to you. 

as restrictions are being lifted and a new normal is being established we are working with our warehouses to speed up fulfillment to our customers so that we can get back to our regular turn around time.

Update April 23, 2020

We are still fulfilling orders to US, Canada and the UK. We are currently running into delays, but we are working on the orders.

Our warehouse capacity has moved to warehouses running with small staffs and back up warehouses to fulfill orders. In order to keep everyone as safe as possible. 

Please be aware that your order may be coming from further away than normal if you are ordering from us. Delivery times are going to be delayed, but we are still delivering.

Update April 8, 2020

We are still fulfilling orders to the US, Canada and orders to the UK will be fulfilled as soon as we are able to.

We are currently working at a reduced capacity in our warehouses to keep our people safe. Please be aware that your order may be a little slower than normal to arrive but we are working on it.

There are countries around the world that no longer are receiving goods from outside of their borders and as such we are unable to ship to the following countries:

Angola, Benin, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cameroon, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Gambia, Guatemala, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Malawi, Moldova, Mozambique, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Republic of the Congo, Senegal, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Uganda, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela, American Samoa, Bolivia, Botswana, Cayman islands, Chad, Cyprus, Djibouti, Ecuador, Fiji, French Polynesia, Honduras, India, Kuwait, Libya, Madagascar, Maldives, Mongolia, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nepal, New Caledonia, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Tunisia, Zimbabwe.

 

 

 

Update March 30, 2020

We are still fulfilling orders to US, Canada and orders to the UK and EU will be fulfilled as soon as we are able to.

Currently we are working at a reduced capacity, US orders are likely to see fulfillment delays. Our carriers can't guarantee Express and Overnight delivery at the moment, so we'll be temporarily disabling these shipping methods from Strong and Humble.

As we move forward in these uncertain times we will be updating as often as possible. 

 

Update March 26, 2020

We are still fulfilling and shipping out orders to Canada and the US. Orders to the UK and EU will be fulfilled as soon as we are able to.

Currently we are working at a reduced capacity, US orders are likely to see fulfillment delays. Our carriers can't guarantee Express and Overnight delivery at the moment, so we'll be temporarily disabling these shipping methods from Strong and Humble.

We are redistributing our fulfillment to other warehouses as we have a number of warehouses that are operating at reduced capacity.

While our operations continue at a reduced output, the safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We're increasing the frequency of scheduled cleanings and instructing team members who work on-site to stay home if they feel sick.  

 

Update March 23, 2020

We are still fulfilling and shipping out orders to Canada and the US.

UK Orders will be on hold as of 11:00 PM EST March 23, 2020.

No change from yesterdays update, you may still experience some delays in your orders due to the current impacts and measures taken to slow down the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are still fulfilling and shipping orders to Canada and the US.

We are pausing all orders to the UK at this time due to the latest announcement. We will still process, but delivery will be delayed until after non-essential businesses are allowed to re-open.

While our operations continue, the safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We're increasing the frequency of scheduled cleanings and instructing team members who work on-site to stay home if they feel sick.  

We are not able to guarantee deliveries using Expedited Shipping at this time. Please understand that we will get it to you as quickly as we are able to.

You may experience some delays in your orders due to the the current impacts of restrictions that are being imposed on the countries that our warehouses are located in. 

It is important for us to keep you up to date and as things change we will be updating our website, Instagram and Facebook pages.

We are doing everything we can to follow the advice of the health authorities of the local governments.
